Our Location
- We are located at Century Plaza on Rte. 31, inside Beauty Suites Salon.
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before the appointment to fill out paperwork and for other procedures. We can provide paperwork through email when requested.
- Upon arrival, text us (224-484-0408) If you wish, you can proceed to suite #9.
- You will start with the check-in and other procedures before your appointment.
New Client Form
- Please request our, "New Client Form" to fill out before your 1st appointmentI if desired, forms will be emailed to you.
- Please fill out 1st page, completely.
- 2nd page may be pre-filled, or Esthetician can go over with you during the consultation.
- 3rd page will be signed when Esthetician finished consultation.
- There are 2 other small forms that will be asked to fill out during check the day of your first appointment at CBB.
1st appointment:
Steps to follow:
- Not sure what service to get ---> Choose New Client Appointment/Consultation
- Credit Card required to book your appointment ---> We will not charge unless you do not cancel your appointment within the 3 hr. period required.
- We provide towels for you to change, or you may bring an extra shirt (the shirt you wear may get wet).

- Upon arrival, please head to suite #9. You will start with the check-in and other procedures before your appointment.
- Client consultation with Esthetician will follow.
- Prepare for your facial (if you need to change into a towel).
- Services will be performed during this step.
- After facial procedures / End of appointment.
Past your first appointment at CBB:
Steps to follow:
- If you did not schedule a follow up appointment ---> Please schedule using our Square Appointment Link when ready to book again.
- Upon arrival, please head to suite #9.
- Check-in & other procedures upon arrival.
- If possible, arrive at least 5 min before the scheduled time for procedures before appointment. (Running late: Please text if possible 224-484-0408).
- We provide wrap around towels to change out. You may choose to bring an extra shirt if preferred to change after your service.
- Relax and prepare for your services.
- Services performed.
- After facial procedures / End of appointment.
